​I have been a pet parent for over 30 years; from turtles, fish, birds, rats and hamsters, to cats and dogs!

Our family currently includes both cats and dogs. I began pet-sitting on a casual basis 4 years ago as a sub contractor on a pet sitting website/app.

As requests for my services have continued to increase the past year or two, I have decided to start my own small business. This allows me to offer pet parents better value, and keep more dollars here in Manitoba.

Keeping your pet at home provides a comfortable and familiar atmosphere while you are away.

While Boarding/Kennels can be an excellent and cost-effective solution for some pet parents, other pets do better in the familiar atmosphere of their own home.

This option also helps save time by eliminating the need for drop off or pick up of your pets when planning your time away.  Many pet owners also appreciate having someone who is observant to changes in their home, ensuring doors are locked, and the home is lit as you would like, while away. 

I often spend time dropping in on small animals, cats and dogs during the day for shorter visits and spend evenings and overnights as a companion. Longer care during the day can also be arranged as my schedule permits.

In home pet sitting includes play, potty breaks, relaxing together, tending to any special needs, and providing evening and morning meals. I spend much of my time with older pets, those in need of special care or companionship, or pets who are happier in their own space when you need to be away from home.  ​
